Due to the consumable nature of Magic Honey products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages

Magic Honey is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations
